My first real exposure to typical Swiss cuisine. My Swiss boyfriend took me on our date night at Marché Restaurant by Mövenpick at The Curve, Damansara, Malaysia. It is a rather expensive restaurant but has the setting of a market where you can walk around and choose your own food. As for the food, it was deliciously made on the spot.
Wähen (fruit tart), Rösti (potato), Sausage and White Wine were amongst the dishes I tried and loved.
